Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Friqta ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Friqta does

Friqta connects to your GitHub account via OAuth to read your repository metadata (including private repositories) and commit history. We use this data to generate analytics dashboards, calculate a Builder Score, and create a public developer profile. We never store your source code.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Friqta uses GitHub OAuth for authentication — we do not store passwords. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service beyond normal usage.

5. Public profiles

If you set your profile to public, your display name, username, Builder Score, repository list, and project stories will be visible to anyone with your profile URL. You can switch your profile to private at any time from Settings.

6. Payments

Pro access is available for a one-time payment of $5. All sales are final. If you experience a billing issue, contact us at support@friqta.com.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of analytics, or uninterrupted access. Builder Scores are calculated algorithmically and are not endorsements of any individual's abilities.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Friqta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
