Is Friqta really free?
Yes! Our free plan is completely free forever and includes up to 2 clients, 5 projects, and unlimited invoicing. No credit card required to get started.
What happens when I upgrade to Premium?
Premium unlocks unlimited clients, projects, time tracking, calendar view, CSV export, and priority support for $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Premium users can export all their data (clients, projects, invoices) in CSV format at any time. You always own your data.
How secure is my data?
Very secure. We use Supabase with enterprise-grade security including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and regular security audits. Your data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
Do you integrate with accounting software?
Currently, Friqta is a standalone platform. However, you can export your invoices and financial data as CSV files to import into your preferred accounting software.
Can I create professional invoices?
Absolutely! Friqta allows you to create professional, customizable invoices with your business details, client information, line items, and tax calculations. You can generate PDF invoices to send to clients.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of your billing period.
